UKOM Board

The UKOM Board exists to ensure the delivery of UKOM products and services, under a charter agreed with customers before UKOM's launch in 2010. It aims to represent the needs of the whole advertising industry.
Meeting formally on a monthly basis, and actively managing UKOM on an ongoing basis, the UKOM Board comprises the following Directors and Observers:-
Douglas McArthur, Independent Chairman
Douglas's role is to ensure that the interests of the whole industry
are effectively represented.
Lee Baker, Director, Association of Online
Publishers (AOP)
AOP are 50% shareholders
in UKOM Ltd, and represent the digital
publishing interests of a range of cross-media owners.
Guy Phillipson, Chief Executive, Internet
Advertising Bureau (IAB)
IAB are 50% shareholders
in UKOM Ltd, and represent customers from
all sides of the online advertising
industry, including advertisers, agencies
and media owners.
Lynne Robinson, Research Director, Institute
of Practitioners in Advertising (IPA)
Representing UK agencies
as an observer on the UKOM Board, Lynne also
sits on the Boards of all the industry
currencies including BARB, NRS, RAJAR and
POSTAR.
Bob Wootton, Director of Media Affairs,
Incorporated Society of British Advertisers
(ISBA)
Representing UK
advertisers as an observer on the UKOM
Board, Bob also sits on the Boards of all
the industry currencies including BARB, NRS,
RAJAR and POSTAR.
Bill Murray, Independent Director
Bill was one of the
architects of JICIMS and then UKOM in his
previous position with AOP. He now acts as
an independent Director.
