UKOM Team
The UKOM team comprises three consultants who manage UKOM activities on a day-to-day basis
James Smythe, General Manager
James's responsibilities
are to oversee delivery of the contract with
Nielsen, relationships with key stakeholder
organisations (IPA, ISBA and others), and
customer communications.
Scott Fleming, Research Manager
Scott's responsibilities
are to manage the UKOM Technical Group,
oversee progress on project delivery from
Nielsen, and ensure customers' technical
queries are satisfactorily answered.
Richard Somerville, Technical Expert
Richard's responsibility
is to validate methodologies and processes
used in delivering UKOM-approved products.
