Most recently, Miller led Nielsen’s international Audience Measurement Product organisation, including solutions for Ad and Content measurement across all platforms - TV, Digital, and Audio.

UKOM is the recognised industry governance body for online audience measurement in the UK, providing oversight of the Ipsos iris audience measurement solution. In her new role Miller will apply her deep expertise on UKOM’s technical board which represents UKOM’s stakeholders: ISBA, the AOP, IAB and the IPA. 

She will report to Ian Dowds, UKOM CEO. He said: “In building a world class team at any JIC, you want people with proven expertise and ambition – that’s Sarah. She is a respected leader in audience and media research, with a track record of delivering complex projects all over the world. Maintaining UKOM’s robust governance is key to our future strategy and our ongoing success as we work with Ipsos to pioneer new developments in the fast-developing world of online audience measurement.”
